What Happens When I Delete My Account?

Deleting your JujuBots account permanently removes access to your account and associated content.

This may include:

• Short links
• QR codes
• Bio pages
• Campaigns and channels
• Link and scan analytics
• Custom pixels
• Uploaded files
• Custom-domain settings
• Integration settings
• API keys and webhooks
• Team and workspace information

Links, QR codes and bio pages connected to the deleted account may stop working after deletion.

Your active JujuBots subscription will be canceled as part of the account-deletion process. However, you should confirm the cancellation in your billing settings before deleting your account.

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security requirements. Data may also remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten.

Account deletion may be permanent and cannot always be reversed. Before deleting your account, download any information you want to keep.
