Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JujuBots, operated by Female Sanctuary LLC (“JujuBots,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By creating an account or using JujuBots, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use JujuBots.

If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

If you use JujuBots for a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

You are responsible for:

  • Protecting your password and API keys
  • Controlling access to your account
  • All activity performed through your account
  • Informing us promptly about unauthorized access

You may not transfer, sell or share an account in a manner that creates security or compliance risks.

3. The Service

JujuBots may provide:

  • URL shortening
  • Dynamic and static QR codes
  • Bio pages
  • Link and campaign analytics
  • Smart targeting and deep linking
  • Branded domains
  • Team workspaces
  • Landing pages and CTA overlays
  • APIs, webhooks and integrations
  • Other related tools

Features and limits may vary by plan. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

4. User Content

“User Content” means URLs, text, images, logos, files, domains, bio-page materials and other information you submit through JujuBots.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant JujuBots a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify for technical purposes, transmit and display User Content solely as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to use your User Content.
  • Your content does not violate another person’s rights.
  • Your content complies with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use JujuBots to:

  • Distribute spam, malware or harmful software.
  • Conduct phishing, fraud or impersonation.
  • Hide destinations for deceptive purposes.
  • Violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Promote illegal products, services or activities.
  • Threaten, harass or exploit others.
  • Circumvent security or access controls.
  • Interfere with the platform or its users.
  • Scrape, overload or attack our systems.
  • Resell the service without authorization.
  • Artificially generate clicks, scans, impressions or advertising activity.

6. Links and Third-Party Destinations

JujuBots users control the destinations of links and QR codes they create. We do not endorse or guarantee third-party websites.

You are responsible for evaluating a destination before visiting it. We may block, disable or warn users about links that appear unsafe, deceptive or unlawful.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the price and billing period shown during checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected payment method.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
  • Fees already paid are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
  • Taxes may be added where required.
  • Failed payments may result in restricted or suspended access.

8. Free Trials

JujuBots may provide a free trial. Trial length and eligibility will be displayed during registration or checkout.

A trial may convert to a paid subscription if you provide a payment method and agree to automatic conversion. The applicable terms will be shown before you subscribe.

We may limit repeated trials or terminate abuse of promotional offers.

9. Intellectual Property

JujuBots, including its software, design, branding, documentation and original content, is owned by Female Sanctuary LLC or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of JujuBots intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute or create competing works from protected portions of the service except where expressly permitted by law.

10. Feedback

If you submit ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your separate User Content.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that:

  • You violated these Terms or applicable law.
  • Your activity creates security, legal or operational risk.
  • Your account is involved in fraud, spam or abuse.
  • Payment remains overdue.
  • Suspension is necessary to protect users or third parties.

We may remove or disable harmful links or content without prior notice.

You may stop using JujuBots and request account deletion at any time.

12. Service Availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, security incidents or events outside our control may affect availability.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JujuBots is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee specific traffic, revenue, conversions, search rankings, advertising approval or business results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Female Sanctuary LLC and its owners, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption or reputational harm.

Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid JujuBots during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • Fifty U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Female Sanctuary LLC against claims, damages and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, misuse of JujuBots or violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice.

Continued use after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept them.

17. General Terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our written permission. We may assign them as part of a merger, restructuring or sale.
