How to Add an AdRoll Pixel
The AdRoll Pixel helps measure website activity and can support advertising, audience and retargeting campaigns.
AdRoll normally provides two identifiers:
- An Advertiser ID, also called
adroll_adv_id - A Pixel ID, also called
adroll_pix_id
JujuBots requires these two identifiers in one field, separated by a forward slash.
Example:
adroll_adv_id/adroll_pix_idReplace both example sections with the actual values from your AdRoll account.
Add the Pixel to JujuBots
- Sign in to your AdRoll account.
- Locate your Advertiser ID and Pixel ID.
- Sign in to JujuBots.
- Open Pixels.
- Select Add Pixel.
- Choose AdRoll Pixel.
- Enter a recognizable name.
- Enter both identifiers in this format:
YOUR-ADVERTISER-ID/YOUR-PIXEL-ID- Save the pixel.
- Assign it to the appropriate link, campaign or supported page.
Troubleshooting
If AdRoll does not record activity:
- Confirm that both identifiers are correct.
- Make sure they are separated by one forward slash.
- Remove spaces before or after the values.
- Confirm that the pixel is assigned to the correct content.
- Allow time for activity to appear in AdRoll.
