How to Add an AdRoll Pixel

The AdRoll Pixel helps measure website activity and can support advertising, audience and retargeting campaigns.

AdRoll normally provides two identifiers:

  • An Advertiser ID, also called adroll_adv_id
  • A Pixel ID, also called adroll_pix_id

JujuBots requires these two identifiers in one field, separated by a forward slash.

Example:

adroll_adv_id/adroll_pix_id

Replace both example sections with the actual values from your AdRoll account.

Add the Pixel to JujuBots

  1. Sign in to your AdRoll account.
  2. Locate your Advertiser ID and Pixel ID.
  3. Sign in to JujuBots.
  4. Open Pixels.
  5. Select Add Pixel.
  6. Choose AdRoll Pixel.
  7. Enter a recognizable name.
  8. Enter both identifiers in this format:
YOUR-ADVERTISER-ID/YOUR-PIXEL-ID
  1. Save the pixel.
  2. Assign it to the appropriate link, campaign or supported page.

Troubleshooting

If AdRoll does not record activity:

  • Confirm that both identifiers are correct.
  • Make sure they are separated by one forward slash.
  • Remove spaces before or after the values.
  • Confirm that the pixel is assigned to the correct content.
  • Allow time for activity to appear in AdRoll.
