This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using JujuBots and its services, including short links, QR codes, bio pages, custom domains, landing pages, tracking tools, integrations, APIs and related features.

JujuBots is operated by Female Sanctuary LLC. By accessing or using JujuBots, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Using JujuBots Responsibly

You may use JujuBots for lawful personal, professional and business purposes. You are responsible for every link, QR code, bio page, file, campaign, custom domain and other content created or shared through your account.

You must not use JujuBots in a way that harms other people, damages our services, violates another person’s rights or creates legal or security risks.

2. Illegal Activities

You may not use JujuBots to create, promote, distribute or facilitate content or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Fraud, theft or financial scams.
  • Selling or distributing illegal products or services.
  • Unauthorized gambling or unlawful financial schemes.
  • Human trafficking, exploitation or abuse.
  • Distribution of stolen information or unlawfully obtained data.
  • Promotion or facilitation of criminal activities.
  • Attempts to avoid law enforcement or legal restrictions.
  • Any other activity that is illegal in the applicable jurisdiction.

3. Phishing, Fraud and Deceptive Links

You may not use JujuBots for phishing, impersonation, fraud or deceptive redirection.

This includes:

  • Creating links or QR codes that imitate banks, payment services, government agencies or trusted businesses.
  • Attempting to steal passwords, payment information or personal information.
  • Redirecting visitors to fake login, checkout or account-verification pages.
  • Hiding the true purpose or destination of a link.
  • Impersonating another person, company or organization without permission.
  • Promoting fake giveaways, prizes, investments, employment opportunities or support services.
  • Using misleading link titles, previews, domains or QR code designs.

Links may be suspended when their destination changes to harmful, deceptive or prohibited content.

4. Malware and Security Threats

You may not use JujuBots to distribute or connect people to:

  • Viruses, ransomware, spyware or other malicious software.
  • Files or programs designed to damage, monitor or control another device without authorization.
  • Pages that attempt to steal login credentials or payment information.
  • Browser exploits, malicious scripts or unauthorized cryptocurrency miners.
  • Content that bypasses security warnings or antivirus protection.
  • Instructions or tools primarily intended to compromise systems or accounts.

You must not test, scan or attempt to access JujuBots systems without written authorization.

5. Spam and Unwanted Communications

You may not use JujuBots to send or support spam.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, text messages or social media messages.
  • Using shortened links to avoid spam filters or platform restrictions.
  • Publishing repetitive links across websites, comments or online communities.
  • Using automated accounts to distribute links without permission.
  • Continuing to contact recipients after they have opted out.
  • Purchasing, collecting or using contact lists without appropriate authorization.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before sending marketing or promotional communications.

6. Harmful or Abusive Content

You may not create or share content that:

  • Threatens, harasses, intimidates or targets another person.
  • Encourages violence or physical harm.
  • Promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Encourages suicide, self-harm or dangerous behavior.
  • Reveals private or sensitive information without permission.
  • Promotes stalking, blackmail or extortion.
  • Exploits tragic events or vulnerable people for fraud or abuse.

We may remove content that creates a credible risk to an individual, group or the public.

7. Child Safety

JujuBots has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation.

You may not use JujuBots to create, upload, distribute, link to or promote:

  • Child sexual abuse material.
  • Sexual content involving minors.
  • Grooming, exploitation or trafficking of minors.
  • Content that encourages inappropriate contact with children.
  • Any material that endangers or sexualizes a minor.

Suspected child exploitation may be reported to the appropriate authorities and child-protection organizations.

8. Sexually Explicit Content

You may not use JujuBots to distribute or promote pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual services, non-consensual intimate content or content intended to sexually exploit another person.

Content involving sexual violence, revenge pornography or intimate material shared without consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

You may not use JujuBots to violate intellectual-property rights.

This includes:

  • Sharing pirated movies, music, software, books or subscription content.
  • Using another company’s trademark in a deceptive way.
  • Distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Selling counterfeit products.
  • Impersonating a brand or content creator.
  • Removing copyright or ownership information.

If you believe content on JujuBots violates your rights, contact us with the affected URL and enough information for us to review the complaint.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

You may not use JujuBots to collect, publish, sell or misuse personal information unlawfully.

You must not:

  • Publish private contact information, identification documents or financial information without permission.
  • Collect sensitive information through deceptive forms or pages.
  • Track people without providing any legally required notice or obtaining required consent.
  • Use tracking pixels in violation of applicable privacy laws.
  • Sell unlawfully collected personal information.
  • Attempt to identify people from anonymous or aggregated data without authorization.

If you use analytics, pixels, forms or other tracking features, you are responsible for maintaining an appropriate privacy policy and obtaining any consent required by law.

11. QR Code Requirements

QR codes created through JujuBots must have lawful and safe destinations.

You must not use QR codes to:

  • Hide phishing or malware destinations.
  • Replace legitimate QR codes without authorization.
  • Mislead people about the destination they are visiting.
  • Collect payment or personal information through deceptive pages.
  • Circumvent security warnings or content restrictions.

You are responsible for checking your QR code destination and ensuring it remains accurate and safe.

12. Bio Pages and Landing Pages

Bio pages and landing pages must not contain or promote prohibited content.

You may not use these pages to:

  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Sell illegal or counterfeit products.
  • Display stolen images or copyrighted material.
  • Host fraudulent payment or donation requests.
  • Collect personal information deceptively.
  • Direct visitors to malware, phishing or harmful websites.
  • Publish sexually explicit, exploitative or dangerous content.

We may remove individual pages or restrict accounts that repeatedly violate these requirements.

13. Platform and System Abuse

You may not interfere with the operation, security or availability of JujuBots.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases or servers.
  • Circumventing account limits, payment requirements or access restrictions.
  • Creating multiple accounts to avoid a suspension or restriction.
  • Using bots, scripts or automated systems in an abusive manner.
  • Scraping or copying platform data without authorization.
  • Sending excessive requests that interfere with platform performance.
  • Reverse engineering the service except where permitted by law.
  • Reselling access to JujuBots without authorization.
  • Using compromised accounts, payment methods or credentials.
  • Manipulating clicks, scans, traffic or analytics data.

API users must follow applicable rate limits and documentation requirements.

14. Evasion and Circumvention

You may not use JujuBots to bypass the policies of advertising platforms, social networks, search engines, email providers or other third-party services.

You must not:

  • Use redirects to conceal a prohibited final destination.
  • Show different content to reviewers and ordinary visitors.
  • Rotate destinations to avoid safety checks.
  • Recreate suspended links or accounts.
  • Use custom domains to continue prohibited activity.
  • Attempt to bypass JujuBots security, moderation or abuse-prevention systems.

15. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may review links, QR codes, bio pages, landing pages, domains and account activity when necessary to:

  • Protect users and the public.
  • Investigate reported abuse.
  • Enforce this policy and our Terms of Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Protect the security and reliability of JujuBots.

If we believe this policy has been violated, we may:

  • Disable a link, QR code, page or custom domain.
  • Remove prohibited content.
  • Restrict platform features.
  • Suspend or terminate an account.
  • Preserve relevant records.
  • Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
  • Cooperate with lawful investigations.

We may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, fraud, abuse or security threats.

16. Reporting Abuse

If you find a JujuBots link, QR code, bio page or account that may violate this policy, please use the Report Link feature or contact us at:

  • Any supporting screenshots or information.

Do not visit or interact further with a link if you believe it contains malware, phishing or dangerous material.

17. Appeals

If your link, content or account has been restricted and you believe the decision was incorrect, you may contact us at info@jujubots.io.

Include your account email, the affected URL and a clear explanation. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee restoration. We may request additional information before reaching a decision.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes to JujuBots, applicable laws, security risks or industry practices.

When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of JujuBots after an update means that you accept the revised policy.
